Jaguar Land Rover Automotive Spare Parts Warehouse

JAFZA appointed AMANA Contracting to develop a state of the art automotive spare parts warehouse facility within JAFZA South for Jaguar-Land Rover (JLR).

The scope of works involved a design-build warehouse that was intended for the storage of automotive spare parts, an office building, truck yard, covered car parking, guard houses, boundary, MEP service and all associated works.

Construction began at the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic, to which AMANA ensured the regular sanitization on site. AMANA delivered the project in time and within budget, despite the COVID-19 restrictions.
