Abu Dhabi International Airport Fuel Farm & Fuel Hydrant System

AMANA was awarded the project to Design & Build the 24” aviation fuel hydrant loop to serve 9 new Code E hardstands located between Taxiways E and F at Abu Dhabi International Airport. This included 6 new valve chambers numbered VC-35 through VC-40 and tie-ins between the new hydrant loop and the existing 36” and 12” feeders which includes of Control and Instrumentation Works.

The project included the engineering, procurement and construction of Jet Fuel Hydrant System required for Nine (9) Code E Hardstands. The Fuel hydrant system includes 18 hydrant points and 14 HP/LP assembly and 10 no’s of 24″ DBB valves including MOVs and tie-in to the existing feed lines. E&I works includes engineering, procure, construction and commissioning of the ESD, LDS, BPCS and CP system.
