Landmark Arabia Warehouse
This project was awarded to AMANA on a complete Design-Build basis.The facility is to be used to store Landmark furniture for Baby Shop, Splash and Center Point.
AMANA’s scope included full architectural, civil, structural and electro-mechanical works. The project consisted of a Main Warehouse Building with a height of 18m for storage racking and supporting facilities that included a workshop, guard houses, utility building and scrap yard.
