My City Centre Shopping Mall, Masdar

AMANA was awarded the Build of the new My City Centre Mall (MCCM), located in the heart of Masdar City, the most sustainable city in the world.

My City Centre Masdar is the community’s location of choice for convenience shopping, dining and leisure. Encompassing over 18,000m² following the highest sustainability standards led to attain Pearl 4 Estidama rating, the first mall in UAE achieving this rating.

The scope consists of a shopping centre with two-levels, on roof car park and all associated external and infrastructure works. It’s a partial design &build where the concrete cast in-situ changed to precast system.
