SkyDive Dubai

AMANA was awarded the Build of the new permanent purpose built facility for Skydive Dubai. Standing as the main operational hub within the Dubai Harbour at Dubai Marina. This offered an extensive range of services to meet a variety of customer requirements and international quality standards.

This project was an opportunity to brand AMANA as a state of the art contemporary general contractor in the GCC, not limited to industrial facilities.

The facility is located in Dubai Harbour, Dubai Marina. This has a unique multimodal platform and one of a kind highly integrated Architectural designs efficient at sea, road and air network and therefore will accommodate Skydive’s facilities and major activities.

The new design is comprises the New Main Building including Civil & MEP, Internal and External finishes, New area for Car Parking & Road Works, New Guard Room, New Service Yard & Sub Station and service connections and Viewing Control Tower.

The entire area consists of an admin building, multiple service buildings, and a security guard room.
