O-Mega Landmark Warehouse
With distribution being the backbone of retail, Landmark Group has invested on this project with a firm strategy to further strengthen its supply chain capabilities and build a facility that can serve as a logistics and distribution hub for the region.
Landmark Group’s Mega DC is in line with the Smart Dubai 2021 strategy aimed at the digital transformation of the city of Dubai with adoption of technological tools like Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, IoT, robotics and automation to drive logistics solutions.
The project is a partial design & build where steel & related sub-structure was designed by AMANA. The Landmark O-Mega DC is located at Plot S60323 in Jebel Ali FreeZone, Dubai with atotal built up area of 126,200m².
