Seven Seas Logistics Warehouse

AMANA Contracting was appointed the design and build of a state-of-the-art, 19,000-sqm Class A warehouse facility for Seven Seas Logistics, serving six independently operating warehouses in Dubai Investment Park. Through our skillful design, we managed to drive down construction costs and utility bills with the installation of 60 GRP skylights, equivalent to 640m² of natural lighting. The AMANA team worked safely and diligently to ensure the project was completed on schedule.

This project consists of a 29,970m² plot area and 19,700m² built-up area for the main building (warehouse, loading & unloading platform & mezzanine), service building (electrical, telephone, fire pump & guardrooms), boundary wall & external works.

The project is a portion of existing facilities on the plot for steel processing and a logistics warehouse.
