AMANA Group Transforms Business Applications with Oracle Cloud

Oracle has announced that AMANA Group, one of the Middle East’s largest multinational construction conglomerates, will implement Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications Suite to modernize its business operations and support the company’s expansion. With Oracle, AMANA will be able to optimize finance and HR processes to reduce costs, rapidly respond to changing market demands, and support its growing workforce.

AMANA Group is a leading commercial and industrial design-build contractor with a portfolio spanning aviation, automotive, agriculture, manufacturing, retail, energy, logistics and other major industries. The company’s ongoing expansion in its home region as well as in Africa and South East Asia, combined with the operational and staffing disruption brought on by the pandemic, required it to reassess how it manages its financial and HR processes. It needed a solution that would help the company quickly embrace new operational models, flexibly scale services, and support its growing workforce. AMANA selected Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) and Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).
